Met officer ‘left out evidence’ in UK holidaymaker murder investigation
The IOPC found DCI Neil Hibberd would have had a case to answer for gross misconduct over the evidence he gave at the trial of Ali Kololo, convicted of the 2011 murder of British holidaymaker David Tebbutt in Kenya.
