Rochester pays $140K to Wisconsin woman falsely accused of crime
The City of Rochester, Minnesota, has paid $140,000 to settle the federal lawsuit of a 69-year-old Eau Claire woman whom three police officers wrongly named as the suspect in a counterfeit-bill case.
