Cardinal Ouellet Was a “Victim of Defamation”: His Accuser Ordered to Pay Compensation
The Superior Court of Quebec has ruled that Cardinal Marc Ouellet was the victim of slander and defamation and falsely accused of sexual violence, ordering his accuser to pay 100,000 Canadian dollars for the damage to his reputation.
