Exonerated Elkhart County man sues after serving 27 years in prison for 1998 murder
Reggie Dillard, exonerated in February after 27 years in prison for the 1998 killing of Christopher Thomas, is suing the city of Elkhart, its police officers and county prosecutors, alleging they conspired to frame him.
